Improv3 questionnaire is a creation of expert professionals with vast experience in psychology and human resources. Factor analysis was used to design a 10-item Likert scale with a Cronbach's alpha reliability score of 0.97 (on a scale from 0 to 1).

We understand that participating in surveys can oftentimes result in survey fatigue, which is why we have optimized the questionnaire by restricting the number of questions to fit the maximum completion time to 8 minutes (the time can vary depending on how extensive the answers to open-ended questions are).

When you click the button Questionnaire, a list of all created questionnaires will appear.

When you click Create a new questionnaire a wizard will appear and guide you through the process.

You can edit the name of the questionnaire, take a look at Preview (blue arrow) and see how the questionnaire looks from employee's perspective at all times or Save it (green arrow) and continue editing at your convenience.
