After all the employees have filled in the questionnaire, or the fill in deadline for the questionnaire has expired, you will be able to see a full report.
With open-ended questions answers to each question are grouped on department levels to protect employee privacy.
Furthermore if the condition to have at least 3 answers is not met, the answers won't be shown, as well to protect employee privacy.
In case you want to look through the report of one specific department, you can do so in two ways:
Click on that department in the Heatmap (arrow)
Choose the department in the drop-down menu
If you click Export button in the Report all results for dimensions, multiple-choice and open-ended questions will be exported in an Excel spreadsheet.
