Use comments for better communication and information flow

For easier communication, while organizing and implementing action plans you can use comments.

If you hover over a certain dimension a balloon will appear (arrow) which you can click on if you want to write a comment, view all the comments, or answer existing ones.

In the modal window, on the left side, you will see all the planned activities and deadlines, and on the right side the comments.

If there is a comment on a certain dimension it is easily recognizable by this mark (arrow).

That way you don’t have to enter each individual dimension to check if there is a comment, because you can simply follow which dimensions are commented.

Admin, HR and Leader/Manager can follow and write comments.
