How do employees who don't have an e-mail fill-in the questionnaire?

While creating the organizational structure, when you enter an employee's name and e-mail, there is an area titled Number of links per survey.

All you have to do is enter the number of employees who don't have an e-mail.

The Sector Leader receives the link for the questionnaire/s, and can simply take a certain number of devices and have employees fill-in the questionnaire on the spot.
